This notice explains what happens to personal data when you use this website, which optional technologies exist, and how to control them.

It covers the Greek, English and Russian pages published on this website. Certification work carried out for a client is governed by the separate written agreement for that project and is not described here.
As with any website, requesting a page transmits your IP address and basic browser information to the server that delivers it.
You cannot register, log in or submit a form here. There are exactly two ways this website can lead to personal data reaching us: the telephone and email links, and the optional chat window. Both are described below.
The telephone and email links open the phone or email application on your own device. Clicking a link does not by itself send anything to us.
If you then call or write, we receive what you choose to tell us - typically your name, your telephone number or email address, your company, and the content of your message - and we use it to answer your enquiry and to discuss the services you ask about.
The chat window is provided by a third party, ChatBotManager. No part of it is loaded, and no request is made to it, unless you allow the "Chat" category in the cookie settings on this site.

Please do not type anything into the chat that you do not want handled in this way. You can telephone or email us instead. You can switch the chat off again at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
The contact page can show a Google Maps embed. A notice is shown in its place until you choose to load it. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing in order to deliver the map.
The office address is also printed on the contact page as text, and the notice offers a link that opens Google Maps in a new tab instead, if you prefer to make that choice yourself each time.
This website includes the Sienna accessibility toolbar, which is delivered from website-widgets.pages.dev. It is treated as a necessary part of the site rather than an optional extra, so that visitors who depend on it can use it immediately - including in order to read and answer the consent message itself. Downloading the file transmits your IP address to the service that delivers it.
The toolbar stores nothing until you switch an option on. When you do, it saves the display settings you chose in the local storage of your browser under the name asw-user-settings. That entry contains your display preferences only; it holds no identifier.
This website sets no cookies. It uses the local storage of your browser in the three limited cases listed in the Cookies and similar technologies notice.
Your choice about the optional technologies is stored in the local storage of your browser under the name ihc-consent, so that you are not asked again on every page. It records your choice and the time you made it, and nothing else.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, and in the circumstances for which the Regulation provides, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place.
